It must be almost summertime because Chef Phillip is outside, firing up the smoker. Yes. The warm, sunny days, the smell of lilacs, and the ubiquity of short shorts mark the return of Guild’s BBQ menu.
Very soon, you’ll be able to enjoy our slow smoked Vermont meats served with Nitty Gritty hush puppies, coleslaw, collard greens, and two kinds of sauces—Memphis and North Carolina style.
We’ll have Adams Farm Chicken, Vermont Heritage Grazers pulled pork, and LaPlatte River Angus Farm Beef Brisket as well as platters for two (we believe in the buddy system here).
The Summertime BBQ menu will begin Thursday, June 4. Get ready for it.
